Membership Terms Are Part of This Agreement
Tavira AI offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Before purchasing or using Premium benefits, review the Membership Agreement for renewal, billing, and cancellation details.

By accessing or using Tavira AI, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase or membership terms that apply to your use of paid features. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
Age Requirement
Tavira AI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You may not use Tavira AI if you are under 18.
Service Description
Tavira AI provides social discovery, profile browsing, private chat, image use inside conversations, chat background selection, coins, and Premium subscription features. Some features may require coins, a paid purchase, or an active subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tavira AI respectfully and lawfully. You may not use the app to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate others, distribute illegal content, violate rights, interfere with service operation, or attempt to bypass purchase, coin, or subscription controls.
User Content and Local Data
You are responsible for content you create or use in Tavira AI. Chat content, image content, preferences, and similar app content may be stored locally on your device. You should keep backups of anything important because clearing app data or removing the app may delete local content.
Coins and Paid Features
Coins are digital in-app items that may be used for selected app actions such as sending messages, uploading images, or unlocking chat backgrounds. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside Tavira AI, and may be subject to the rules shown at purchase or inside the app.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the applicable app store. Subscription features, renewal timing, billing terms, and cancellation steps are described in the Membership Agreement and in the purchase flow.
Service Changes
We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for operation, safety, compliance, or product improvement. We will not be liable for changes that are reasonable for maintaining or improving the app.

Tavira AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every interaction will meet your expectations. Your use of social features is at your own discretion.
