Tavira AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We design the service to avoid unnecessary data collection. We collect only the limited information needed to maintain basic app access, coin balance, and subscription status.
Information We Collect
We collect a user ID, coin information, and subscription information. Coin information may include coin balance and coin-related purchase or usage status. Subscription information may include plan status, subscription validity, and renewal status shown by the applicable app store.
We do not collect names, contact lists, precise location, address book data, chat content, uploaded images, profile preferences, device photo libraries, or other personal content. Content and preferences that are not listed above are used and stored locally on your device.
How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used to identify the app session, maintain coin balances, unlock eligible in-app features, show subscription status, and support purchase-related functions. We do not sell personal information.
Local Device Storage
Chat history, selected chat backgrounds, profile display choices, uploaded images used in chats, and other nonessential app content are stored on your device for app functionality. If you clear app data or remove the app, locally stored content may be deleted from your device.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Coins and subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store payment system. We receive or maintain only the purchase status needed to provide the purchased coins or subscription benefits in Tavira AI.
Data Sharing
We do not share personal content for advertising or third-party marketing. Limited purchase and subscription status may be handled by the applicable app store as necessary to process payments, renewals, refunds, and subscription management.
Age Requirement
Tavira AI is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. If we learn that a person under 18 has used the service, we may restrict access where required.
Retention
User ID, coin information, and subscription information are retained only as long as necessary for app functionality, legal compliance, purchase validation, and user support. Local data remains on your device unless you delete it or clear app data.
