Automatic Renewal Service
The automatic renewal service is provided for users who choose to activate a Tavira AI membership. Its purpose is to keep membership benefits available after the current period ends, unless the user cancels renewal through the applicable app store before the next billing date.
By enabling automatic renewal, you authorize the app store payment channel to charge the account or payment method linked to your app store account for the next membership period when renewal becomes due.
Billing Cycle
Tavira AI may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other membership periods as displayed in the app. The available period, price, and benefits are shown in the purchase flow before confirmation.
After you purchase an automatically renewing membership, the applicable app store may charge your account near the end of each billing cycle and extend your membership for the next corresponding period.
Automatic Debit Rules
- If you activate automatic renewal, you agree that the payment channel may process renewal charges according to its own rules and the purchase information shown at checkout.
- Unless you cancel automatic renewal by yourself, your renewal authorization may continue for future billing cycles.
- If automatic renewal remains active, the payment channel may attempt to charge your linked account when the current membership period ends, including additional attempts allowed by the payment channel if the first attempt fails.
- After a renewal charge succeeds, Tavira AI will provide the membership benefits for the renewed billing period. The charged amount is based on the price, plan, promotion, or app store terms applicable at the time of purchase or renewal.
Cancellation Method
For Android devices, open Google Play, tap your Google account avatar, go to Payments & subscriptions, select Tavira AI, and cancel the subscription. You may also manage subscriptions from your Android device settings or Google Play subscription management.
If your Google account uses a third-party payment method supported by Google Play, such as a wallet or external payment account, cancellation should still be completed through Google Play subscription management unless Google provides another official route.
Effect of Cancellation
Subscription status updates may not appear immediately inside Tavira AI. The status shown by the app store and your device subscription settings controls renewal. Before cancellation is completed successfully, renewal instructions already submitted to the payment channel may remain valid.
Fees charged before a successful cancellation are generally handled under the refund and billing rules of the applicable app store. Tavira AI does not control app store refund decisions.
Coins and Membership Benefits
Some membership plans may include plan coins or other Premium benefits. Benefits are provided according to the plan details shown in the app at purchase. Coins are in-app digital items and do not represent money, stored value, or transferable property outside Tavira AI.
